Cindy's Bread Pudding
🥘 Ingredients

bakery bun (cubed)5 large, day old

brown sugar3/4 c

butter1 stick

cinnamon1 tsp

eggs4

half and half2 c

raisins1 scant cup

sugar3/4 c

vanilla1 tsp

vanilla ice cream3/4 c

white sugar3/4 c

1Spray a 8 x 8 baking dish with cooking spray.

2Put bakery bun (cubed) in the dish.bakery bun (cubed): 5 large, day old

3Then add raisins .raisins: 1 scant cup

4Mix eggs , half and half , sugar , cinnamon , and vanilla .eggs: 4, half and half: 2 c, sugar: 3/4 c, cinnamon: 1 tsp, vanilla: 1 tsp

5Pour the mixture over the buns.

6Put the dish in a water bath.

7Use a 9 x 13 pan.

8Put smaller pan in, then add some water to the larger pan.

9Bake at 325 for ⏱️ 1 hour or til test done.

10While bread pudding bakes combine white sugar , brown sugar , vanilla ice cream , and butter .white sugar: 3/4 c, brown sugar: 3/4 c, vanilla ice cream: 3/4 c, butter: 1 stick

11Bring to a boil.

12Then keep warm on stove.
