Cindy's Bread Pudding

  • bakery bun (cubed)
    5 large, day old
  • brown sugar
    3/4 c
  • butter
    1 stick
  • cinnamon
    1 tsp
  • eggs

  • half and half
    2 c
  • raisins
    1 scant cup
  • sugar
    3/4 c
  • vanilla
    1 tsp
  • vanilla ice cream
    3/4 c
  • white sugar
    3/4 c

    Spray a 8 x 8 baking dish with cooking spray.

    Put bakery bun (cubed) in the dish.

    Then add raisins .
    raisins: 1 scant cup

    Mix eggs , half and half , sugar , cinnamon , and vanilla .
    eggs: 4, half and half: 2 c, sugar: 3/4 c, cinnamon: 1 tsp, vanilla: 1 tsp

    Pour the mixture over the buns.

    Put the dish in a water bath.

    Use a 9 x 13 pan.

    Put smaller pan in, then add some water to the larger pan.

    Bake at 325 for ⏱️ 1 hour or til test done.

    While bread pudding bakes combine white sugar , brown sugar , vanilla ice cream , and butter .

    Bring to a boil.
